Uttar Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test May 2013
UPTET 2013 State Council of Educational Research & Training Uttar Pradesh (Uttar Pradesh Government) has published a notification that Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) 2012 will be organized in Uttar Pradesh for recruitment of 72,825 teachers in Uttar Pradesh.
UPTET 2013 Eligible Candidates who having bachelor degree in Art, Science, Commerce & other professional course with B.Ed. or D.Ed. are eligible for TET 2012. UP Gov
UPTET 2013 Uttar Pradesh Govt. has conducted UPTET 2011 for the recruitment of Assistant Teacher in Primary School. The recruitment was to be conducted on the basis of UPTET ranking. Now the present Govt. revert the previous design and now no primary teacher recruitment will be done on the merit of UPTET. Like other states Teacher Eligibility Tests i.e. CTET, RTET, HTET the UPTET will also be a Screening Test only.This year UPTET Exam is going to be conducted by Exam Controlling Authority i.e. Vibhag pariksha niyamak pradhikari.
UPTET 2013 Eligibility Conditions for UPTET 2013
Educational Qualification
Primary ( Level 1 ) Teachers
10+2 class pass with 50% marks + 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (Final Year Student May Also apply )
OR
10+2 class pass with 50% marks + 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)
OR
10+2 class pass with 50% marks + 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)
OR
Graduation + 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (Final Year Student May Also apply )
Level 2 (Teachers for classes VI to VIII)
Graduation + 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (Final Year Student May Also apply )
OR
Graduation with 50% + B.ed ( Final year students may apply )
OR
10+2 class pass with 50% marks + 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)
OR
10+2 class pass with 50% marks + 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A. Ed./B.Sc.Ed.
OR
Graduation + 1-year B.ed (Special Education)
Like other states Teacher Eligibility Tests i.e. CTET, RTET, HTET the UPTET will also be a Screening Test only.This year UPTET Exam is going to be conducted by Exam Controlling Authority i.e. Vibhag pariksha niyamak pradhikari. The Applications are to go Online this year. UPTET regulatory authority are planning to establish online application process for Utter Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2013. Its biggest advantage would be that time period will not be long in computerization of coming application forms. Please Note : Applications shall be made available from January 2013 onwards.
UPTET Exam Pattern & Scheme:
UPTET consists of two objective type question papers. Each paper will consist of 150 MCQs and each question carries 1 marks totaling for 150 marks. Following are the details of question papers:
Paper I: To become teachers for classes I-V in Uttar Pradesh primary school.
Paper II: To become teachers for classes between VI and VIII in Uttar Pradesh upper primary school.
Paper I and II: For those candidates who interested in teaching from Class I to VIII. They can appear for both the papers and have to get qualifying marks to be considered for all the classes.
